Objectives

Objectives of the American Legion and its over 15,000 posts and their combined membership of over 3.8 million active and inactive veterans;

To protect and improve the G.I. Bill of Rights, the G.I. healthcare programs and the host of other programs initiated by the American Legion for all veterans and to our community for the good of our country.

To Preserve the rights and benefits awarded to these veterans promised them during times of strife too often forgotten during times of tranquility.

We are so dedicated.
