"I'm thankful I've been in the battle. I'm thankful that I'm going home when the
battle is over. I'm thankful to be here tonight and I'm so glad I'm
saved.
I remember sitting in a, a singing service when the Holy Spirit came by my way.
Let me know that I was lost and I prayed a prayer when the preacher gave the
invitation. I, I didn't get convicted during the singing but when the preacher
gave the invitation I was convicted. I went on my way and later on that next day
I prayed a prayer and asked the Lord to come into my life, and He saved me that
night, on a Monday night, and I'm so thankful that I prayed the prayer, because
prayer changes things. It changed my life, made me what I am today because I
prayed the prayer and ask Him to save my soal.
I was just a sinner but now I'm saved by Grace, and I know, I know what prayer
means, and I know that it's powerful; there is power in prayer.
I'm reminded of the old song that says: "Oh what peace we often forfeit. Oh what
needless pain we bare all because we do not carry every thing to God in prayer",
and I'm so glad that we have Him that we can go to and pray.
Listen to a song that says: "Prayer Changes Me"......"
